To step between scale patterns in the same family, tap up and down on the stepper, to the right of the key picker wheel:
To browse all of the available patterns, or change scale pattern families (from CAGED to 3NPS, for example) tap the pattern list button at the top right of the controls:
You’ll be able to browse all the patterns available for that scale.
